Erika Worger has been involved in sports and fitness since she was able to walk. A competitor by nature she spent 11 years as a competitive gymnast and also participated in competitive basketball, soccer and track and field into her early 20's. Along with her passion for competing was a love for teaching and Erika transitioned into the role of coach. She spent 10 years coaching children and young adults in gymnastics. After completing a degree in Psychology and a few career changes she decided her true passion lies in teaching fitness and helping people live active and healthy lives. She began teaching Group Exercise in 2001, got into Personal Training in 2005 and has focused her continuing education in the areas of Post Rehab Exercise, Pre and Post Natal, Sport Conditioning and Nutrition. She continues to compete in the sport of Powerlifting holding 3 consecutive National Titles (2012, 2013,2014) and a World Record in the Bench Press (2013). As a busy working mom she understands the challenges of balancing work, family and yourself. Her career has lead her to corporate fitness and she teaches fun, high energy classes in which she connects with her participants to ensure that they get the most out of their workouts.

If I am not hanging upside down from my TRX, I am likely cycling or running!My love of cycling started at 3 years old on my first BMX bike, and since then I have participated in multiple marathon, cycling and athletic events.No matter who I lead on the bike; athletes, cancer survivors, people with chronic diseases depression, or anxiety... my love of movement grew into helping others find their zest for wellness.
I have also taught spinning for 11 years, as well asUltimate Conditioning, TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, Barre, Boxing, Pre and post natal classes, Family Bootcamp, Complete Core classes, Bootycamp, Bikini Camp and Iron Yoga. I'm currently working towards my first Zumba certification!I treasure the gift of training people in either a group and/or a Personal Training setting.I get excited about training tri-athletes, individuals living with specific disease and/or disorders, and families. I cycle 365 days of the year!Rain, sun, wind, and minus 40!
