Curtis Durocher, Certified Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Coach
Curtis has been a national team track and field athlete since he was 16. At 18 he attended Northern Arizona University on a full athletic scholarship. After college he was recruited by Bobsleigh Canada to move to Calgary and join the national team. After bobsleigh he remained in Calgary with the goal of sharing the knowledge he has learned over the last decade of elite level sport. Curtis has competed in Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. Qualifying for the national championships in both. He currently is a professional highland games athlete. He specializes in Strength and Power development. If a person would like to get stronger, faster, learn the core lifts, Curtis is the trainer for them. Motto - Progress not perfection. Qualifications:

Brian Betts has been in the fitness industry for 10 years, training beginners to professional athletes. A certified nutrition coach Brian can help you achieve your fitness goals with a full spectrum approach. Having played high school basketball and currently a professional mixed martial artist Brian has a great understanding of sport specific training as well as injury rehab and prevention. If you are new to gym, professional athlete or just want to train like one Brian is here to help.

Josh has been a body in motion his whole life. Despite initially pursuing a career in trades and the oilfield, he discovered that his true passion was in health and fitness. He has been on a path dedicated towards helping others in this area for over four years now and is currently completing his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. His style of training embraces principles used in bodybuilding with a focus on body sculpting and strength. If he isn’t in the gym you will find him going on hiking adventures and snowboarding trips in the mountains with his favorite partner in crime (the wifey).

J-me is passionate about empowering women through exercise and is dedicated to helping women embrace and love their bodies! As a nationally-ranked Figure competitor, J-me is especially passionate about using strength training as a tool to create change both physically and mentally in her clients and athletes. J-me is a strong advocate of women embracing their muscularity, strength, and taking ownership of their own bodies.
J-me holds a Masters in Kinesiology and specializes in Applied Human Movement & Biomechanics. Her areas of specialization are: BattleRope training, Bodybuilding, CrossFit, KettleBell, Figure competitions (training, contest preparation, diet writing), Plyometrics, & Olympic lifting. As a coach, J-me focuses on delivering high intensity workouts that are safe, effective, and accessible to the everyday woman who values Biomechanics over flashy moves. J-me has an extensive background in sports including; competing at the National and World-level in Figure, competing as former member of Team Alberta in the sport of Ringette, and as a Varsity athlete at UCLA. With a background in elite level sports, J-me understands that every client has an “inner athlete” and their training program needs to reflect that - by coupling direction with unwavering results.
